- Mazen Khaled is a Lebanese screenwriter and filmmaker based in the USA. He is best known for his feature Martyr, which was nominated for the Queer Lion at the 74th Venice International Film Festival, and his short A Very Dangerous Man, which was nominated for the Muhr Awards at the 2012 Dubai International Film Festival. Khaled was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, and has lived in Washington DC, Montreal, Dubai, and London.
