Ian Bibby is a writer, director, and editor born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Bethesda, Maryland. After living in Maine for several years, he relocated to Los Angeles, where he is developing several of his own projects for both film and television. His TV comedy pilot Rec League was a semifinalist in 2025's Austin Film Festival Screenwriting Competition.
