Tiago Teixeira is a director and screenwriter born in Rio de Janeiro and based in London, focused on high-concept, boundary-pushing genre cinema. His debut feature, Custom, premiered in the FrightFest strand at the Glasgow Film Festival and went on to screen at several international festivals, including Razor Reel and the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival. His short films have been showcased at leading festivals such as the London Short Film Festival, Encounters, Aesthetica, and FrightFest, with selections at BAFTA-, Academy Award-, and BIFA-qualifying festivals. In 2026, he was selected to participate in the Berlinale Talents.
