Biography

Ken O'Brien was born on November 27, 1960 in Rockville Centre, New York, USA. He is an actor, known for Inside Schwartz (2001), The NFL on CBS (1956) and NFL Monday Night Football (1970).

Coached Carson Palmer while at the University of Southern California.

Only quarterback in NFL history to pass for 400 or more yards in a game and earn a perfect 158.3 rating.

Part of the 1983 NFL "Quaterback Class", which saw six QBs drafted in the first round: John Elway, Todd Blackledge, Jim Kelly, Tony Eason, O'Brien (by the New York Jets out of California-Davis), and Dan Marino. Inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1997.

Led the NFL in Passer Rating (96.2) in 1985.
