[on being an activist with films as an actor and filmmaker] I started the company for class around 2000, but it turned into something more serious. [on being the only original character in the film Shed (2013)] I had a brilliant time on this production as "George". I came onto the production very last minute-the morning of! I was of course hesitant-for numerous reasons; but WOW. In 20 years with over 200 productions, this one is in my TOP 10. Everyone was on he ball, we had a great fun time; but we're also professional and got it done. The interesting thing about this project is that is was a fairly tail world, but I(George) remain to be the only original character of the group. A new fairy-tale character; which being a character actor I was very happy to take on the character; as I really had a challenge in not having any previous characterization to draw from; a character who's unsettling emotions eludes audiences to think if he's friend or foe. I won't hesitate to sign onto another project with this group.
