Biography

Nicole's heritage is a vibrant fusion: her father hails from Poland, bringing the resilient spirit of Eastern Europe's rolling hills, hearty pierogi traditions, and a love for folk dances. Her mother, rooted in Jamaica, infuses the warmth of sun-kissed beaches, rhythmic reggae beats, spicy jerk-sauce feasts, and the unyielding joy of island storytelling. Nicole graduated from McGill University with a Biology degree and served as a Fisheries Biologist, safeguarding salmon runs and coral reefs with unwavering dedication-from lab to tidal shores, a true guardian of watery worlds.

Her father is Polish, originally from Warsaw, Poland. Her mother is Jamaican, originally from Kingston, Jamaica.

An avid animal lover, she volunteers at her local animal shelter and has welcomed a rescue dog and a rescue cat into her family.
