American actress Dalai has worked professionally in television, film, theatre and commercials. In 2019, Dalai guest-starred as bride Harsimran Mann in Made in Heaven (Episode 1 & 2, Season 1) directed by Zoya Akhtar. In 2024, she played Anandita "Pluggy" Rawat in Amazon Prime Video's critically acclaimed series Big Girl's Don't Cry created by Nitya Mehra and executive produced by National Award winning director Sudhanshu Saria. In 2022, she played the role of Riya in Netflix series Eternally Confused and Eager for Love. From 2025-present, Dalai has played the dual role of Lady Macbeth and one of the three witches in Rajat Kapoor's What's Done is Done.
