- Bill Sherman is an award-winning composer, producer, arranger, and orchestrator. He is best known for his work on In The Heights (2021), Sesame Street (1969) and tick, tick...Boom! (2021). Bill won the 2008 Tony Award for Best Orchestrations for In the Heights and the 2008 Grammy Award as the co-producer of the In The Heights Original Broadway Cast Album. He also won the 2011 Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Song-Children's and Animation for Sesame Street's "What I Am" and the 2014 Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Song-Children's and Animation for Sesame Street's "The Power of Yet" as well as the 2018 Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Song-Children's and Animation for Sesame Street's "A Song About Songs" featuring Sia. He is also a proud member of NY's premier hip-hop, improv and comedy group, Freestyle Love Supreme.
