Biography

Hank Campbell is an award-winning science writer, best-selling author, and founder of the world-famous Science 2.0 movement to increase scientist and public participation in science issues and policy. His work has appeared in most major American newspapers and in magazines like New Scientist, Wired and GQ. He has so alarmed anti-science activists that they have deleted his page on Wikipedia and petitioned editors to have him banned from USA Today, Wall Street Journal and Google News. Despite their efforts, you can still find his media listing on IMDB, his books on Amazon, and approximately 1,500 articles on Science 2.0 and the ACSH website. He travels between California and Washington, DC.

While a Trustee of the American Council on Science and Health in New York City, he also served as its President for three years.

In 2001, he tried to buy the Swansea Football Club in Wales. Has been named by environmental law firms as a key reason their $1 billion in revenue has not been more successful in alarming the public about science issues. Named as one of the honorees for Glenn Beck's Black Sheep Inauguration Ball in 2013, because of his work showing the partisan political activism and Russian influence in the environmental movement.
