Biography

Luke Ryan Stanaway-Neblo was born in Jackson, Michigan to Lisa Stanaway and Craig Neblo. He studied theatre at both Jackson College and Siena Heights University. He acted in several local films and TV shows before joining SAG-AFTRA and moving to Los Angeles.

In LA, Stanaway studied improv at the iO West and was a member of the final graduating class before the theater closed in 2018.

After studying Meisner with the Terry Knickerbocker Studio, performing a one man show in LA & NY, and making several short films with frequent collaborators, he made his solo directorial debut with Party! Party! Party!, released in early 2025.

Graduated from Siena Heights University in 2011 with a degree in Theatre/Speech Communications.

Is a huge fan of the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Pistons, Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Boston Red Sox sports teams.

Was part of the final graduating class at the iO West improv theater in Los Angeles.

Keeps a popular YouTube channel, LovelyLuke, where he posts original characters and impressions.

I'm constantly being influenced by people I know or watch. Subconsciously I can pick up on a person's mannerisms and vocal patterns quite well, which really helps if I want to add them to my list of impressions.
