- Victoria was born in Shanghai, China to Joe and Galina. Her mother was from Russia and her father was from the Philippines. She is the youngest of three girls. Victoria had her first acting experience as a child and went by the name of Vicki Valente then. Victoria came to the United States with her mother and sisters in her early teens and lived in Hollywood, Ca. In 1963 she married Barry Horst and in 1964 they had their first son, Arthur Vern, Victoria did not pursue her acting career in the United States, but when she and her husband moved to the Philippines in 1965 she continued acting there for a year where she starred in about 28 movies. . After that they moved back to the United States, and neither pursued to continue acting in the United States.And today Victoria is living very happily married.
