- Kanae Itô was born on November 26, 1986 in Nagano, Japan. She is an actress, known for Dragon Ball: Xenoverse (2015), Dynasty Warriors 8 (2013) and Fate/Grand Order (2015).
- She starred in several series alongside Aki Toyosaki, in series such as Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, Shugo Chara!, Hanasaku Iroha, Queen's Blade, Mayoi Neko Overrun! and The World God Only Knows.
- She played her first main role on 2007 in Shugo Chara! as Amu Hinamori, where she also played Dia in the series.
- She was a member of the groups Koetchi and Rirachitchi, before they were disbanded between December 16, 2005 and January 28, 2007.
- She won the 4th Seiyuu Awards for Best Rookie Actress and the 5th Seiyuu Awards for Best Actress.
- After graduating from high school, Ito attended the Amusement Media Academy in 2007.
