Anna, whose full name is Susanna Alward, worked in film and television
as an actor, writer, researcher, interviewer, presenter and director from
1985-1995. Following her acting training in London, she worked with
Theatre Workshop and Secret Seven. Her film acting credits include
"Rendez-vous" and "Last Summer". Work as a director includes: "Drug
Culture", 1985, "African Jam", 1986, and "Womens Work" in 1987.
Family commitments and career changes led to a break from the film world for many years, but in 2007, Anna was drawn back into the work, mostly providing technical support on short film projects.
