Andrew Nielson is an actor, cellist, writer, director, editor, and producer based in New York City. His original comedy series, "Plant: The Second Coming", spanned 2 seasons and 23 episodes, garnering awards and accolades throughout its successful festival run, including a screening at the renowned Nashville Film Festival. Andrew also writes, produces, and performs his own material frequently. He is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Andrew is an American film, television, and theatre actor.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, Andrew moved to Kansas City to finish high school. For three semesters, he attended Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL, studying vocal, cello, and theatre performance. Soon after, Andrew transferred to The King's College in New York City, where he continued his studies in Media, Culture, and the Arts. During his time at the King's College, Andrew resumed his acting studies at The Barrow Group.
