Biography

Billie Vee is a Greek / British actress and screenwriter. Born in Athens, Greece under the name Vasiliki Vlachou, she received her degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Athens and trained in the Art Theatre Drama School (Theatro Technis Karolos Koun). She has worked in film, TV and theatre in Greece, Cyprus and in the UK.

She has been nominated twice for Best Actor in Hamilton Film Festival and St Albans Film Festival.

She has written a number of award winning short films and a web series. Sparrow's Call is her first feature film as a writer, where she plays opposite David Bark-Jones. To be released in 2024.

Sparrow’s Call, directed by Tim Kent, is her first feature film as a writer in which she stars opposite David Bark-Jones. It has won the Best Thriller Feature award at the London Independent Film Festival, got its theatrical release in Greece and is on the US platforms Tubi and Roku Channel. Recently, she appeared in the Greek TV series To Paidi (The Child), Ta Fantasmata (The Ghosts), Na m' Agapas (Love Me), O Giatros (The Doctor) and IQ 160.
