- Mauro Ranallo was born on December 21, 1969 in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. He is an actor, known for Creed III (2023), WWE Monday Night RAW (1993) and NXT TakeOver: New Orleans (2018).

- During his hiatus from WWE, provided commentary for the much-anticipated fight between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather.
- Deleted his Twitter account over comments made by Corey Graves between NXT Takeover: WarGames 3 and Survivor Series 2019. Michael Cole replaced him on commentary for the NXT Championship match at Survivor Series, using the initial excuse that he blew out his voice the night before.
- Constant bullying from fellow WWE employee John "Bradshaw" Layfield caused Ranallo to miss several weeks. Ranallo is staying off WWE tv until his contract expires in August of 2017.
- Came back to WWE after a three month absence to do commentary for NXT.
- He was the commentator for pro wrestling NOAH on Fight Network Canada and for The Wrestling Channel UK.
