Robert Angelo is a multi-faceted creative who can direct, produce and see creative ideas through production and post. During his tenure as Vice President for NBC Digital Entertainment, he ran a digital production team that helped launch Late Night with Jimmy Fallon which earned him an Emmy, brought Saturday Night Live onto the internet, and created innovate interactive experiences for NBC Daytime, Late Night and Primetime. He also creates content for a variety of different brands, including Shell, Pennzoil, Jaguar and Mazda. Since 2013 he's held a variety of positions ranging from Director, Assistant Director, Cinematographer and Producer on multiple TV commercials, client projects and shows.
However, most notably, Angelo co-created and produced weekly original online segments of Jay Leno's Garage for JayLenosGarage.com for over six years. For these efforts, Angelo received a 2010 Emmy Award for Outstanding Special Class Short-Form Non-Fiction Program.
