Axel Danielson has been part of the prestigious production company "Plattform Produktion" since 2005, and is co-owner of the company since 2012, together with Ruben Östlund, Erik Hemmendorff and Mikel C Karlsson. He is director and producer and works closely with Maximilien Van Aertryck and their work has been represented in the competitions of Berlinale, Cannes, Toronto, Sundance, Clermont Ferrand and a nomination for best European short at EFA in 2017.
Since 2012 Axel Danielson is teaching at the master program Cinematic Processes at Valand Academy, Göteborg University. His first feature documentary film Pangpangbröder / Twin Brothers, was released in 2011.
