Esben is a Norwegian producer, creative executive, and founder of Klynge, a production company focused on ambitious scripted drama and original storytelling for Scandinavian and international audiences.
He is the producer behind the upcoming drama series Henki, based on the true story of Henki Hauge Karlsen and his landmark fight for dignity and workers’ rights during the AIDS crisis in Norway in the 1980s. The series is set to premiere internationally in 2026.
He also the producer behind the upcoming medical drama series Legevakta and is executive producer on the comedy series Sigurd Fåkke Pult, helping establish Klynge as a distinctive voice in contemporary Norwegian television production.
Through Klynge, he develops and produces character-driven stories with strong visual identity and broad audience appeal.
In addition to his work as a producer, Esben is also known in Norway as a musician and member of the acclaimed rap group Klovner i Kamp.
