Ester Schiavo's first movie before "Cosmos Hotel" and "Don Giovanni" was a music video in 1985 called "Metallo Italia". It was written and produced by keyboardist and filmmaker Al Festa, and directed by Peter Ferro. The other cast of the film included her sister Francesca Schiavo, Bodybuilding Champion Stefano Biondi, Anne Dattner (co-lead singer of Kristal), Vittorio Zammarano, Esper Russo, Al Festa as King Arthur, Alessandro D'Angelantonio as Sir Lancelot, Franco "Sorrow" Pesce as Sir Parsifal, and Alberto Macario.
