Anna Kathleen

Anna Kathleen is a Production Designer based in New York and LA with over ten years experience working across commercials, music videos, art, theatre, and narrative film. Her breakout feature was "Resurrection", a psychological horror written and directed by Andrew Semans, starring Rebecca Hall and Tim Roth which premiered at Sundance in 2022 and which was nominated for Best Picture at Sitges Film Festival, later distributed by IFC. Aaron Shimberg’s stylish and absurd "A Different Man" (A24 and Killer Films) premiered at Sundance in 2024 and would go on to garner the Silver Bear for star Sebastian Stan’s performance at the Berlin International Film Festival as well as a Best Actor Golden Globe trophy. "A Different Man" won the Gotham Award for Best Picture in 2024 and was nominated for an Academy Award for best Makeup effects for Mike Marino’s work in Stan’s transformation.

Her latest feature, the upcoming "Buddy", will premier at Sundance 2026 and features tactile fantasy world building inspired by the mind of Writer/Director Casper Kelly and produced by BoulderLight and LowSpark Films.
