Sabrina Almandoz

Born in the United States and from a Peruvian family, she has lived in Mexico since 1985. Director graduated from the CCC (one of the best film schools in the world), with a master's degree in screenwriting from ESCAC, Barcelona and a workshop in directing from NYU, NY. Author of the published book of short stories 'Charcos de Gasolina'. Director of 8 short films and 3 documentaries. Producer of the documentary 'Etiqueta No Rigurosa' and with her production company Cleta Films, she directed and produced several TV shows. She worked for almost four years as Head of the Academic Extension Department of the CCC. She designed the academic program Huellas Verdes (Minister of Culture, CCC, Chapultepec) which she directed for two years. Her professional career has specialized in alternative forms of filmmaking.
