- Rita Wilson directed a short film about the true story of one women's life changing experience in a flying trapeze class. They hired Ray to be the trapeze coach and stunt coordinator for the film when he recognized that the story was about his trapeze school in Hollywood. Channing Tatum was cast as the trapeze instructor so he was playing the role that Ray had in real life.
- Ray was actually the first American artist to tour inside Mainland China with his Illusion show. It played in 5,000 to 10,000 seat arenas . The name of the tour translated into English as "Ray Pierce's Rocking Magic Spectacular".
