Biography

Shon David Lange is an American actor, writer and filmmaker whose work spans television, film and independent storytelling. A military veteran originally from the Chicago area, Lange began pursuing acting after leaving the service, studying improvisation and performance at The Second City in Chicago before relocating to Los Angeles.

His television work includes roles in The Terminal List, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., NCIS: Los Angeles, General Hospital, Scandal, American Crime Story: Impeachment, and Marshals. His work has ranged from action and military drama to network television and character-driven storytelling.

In recent years, Lange has expanded his work behind the camera as a writer and director, developing original projects centered on character, family, loss and the ways people carry the experiences that shape them. His upcoming short film Echoes, which he wrote and will direct and star in, marks the next step in that evolution.
