Biography

Sherryl Despres began her acting and modeling career as a child in her native state of California. After being "discovered" in a school play in a suburb of L.A. she was granted scholarships to study acting, which led to her being cast in educational films. She later moved to Michigan and continued acting in numerous stage plays, industrial films, commercials and movies. She has twice been nominated as "best supporting actress" in a play, and won once. Projects she participated in have won an Emmy and numerous film festival awards. She is best known for playing Dean Cain's wife in "Horse Camp" and Kevin Sorbo's girlfriend in "Rodeo Girl."

Sherryl Despres is an actress, model, voiceover artist and producer best known on camera for co-starring with superhero actors by playing Dean-Cain's (Superman) wife in "Horse Camp" and Kevin Sorbo's (Hercules) fiancee in "Rodeo Girl." She also counts roles such as Blanche in "Streetcar Named Desire" and the title role of Medea (photo on cover of script) among her many stage roles. Sherryl enjoys volunteering for local non-profit groups and has served on more than one Board of Directors for local theaters. She loves to dance and sing karaoke, but her greatest joy is spending time with her family camping, driving the motorhome, teaching others how to build a proper campfire and cooking a full meal over the fire, boating, jet-skiing and riding quads and side-by-sides.
