- Worked as an extra on EastEnders (1985) from the programme's inception until November 2006, when she was sacked for leaking details of a Christmas storyline to her son Paul, which he then broadcast on his LBC radio show.
- Her funeral was held at St Mary's Church, Hitchin, Hertfordshire on the afternoon of Wednesday 30th January. Her death was made public by her son Jonathan Ross via his Twitter page that morning.
