Phillip Roetter was born on June 14, 1983 in Seoul, Korea. He is an actor and cinematographer, known for Rise of Chow (2025), Bodies of Water and Cape Carl (2022).

Attended University of Michigan- Flint to pursue a degree in Business Administration- Marketing.

Moved to Los Angeles in 2005.

Raised in Davison, Michigan.

Was born in Seoul, Korea and was adopted at 4 months old and raised by Paul and Diane Roetter.
