Biography

Vineet Raina is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Hindi television shows and series. He originally belongs to Srinagar, J&K and completed his education by earning a B. Com degree from the S.P.M.R College of Commerce, Jammu University. He also did a Diploma in Hardware and Telecommunication from the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology (IIHT), Jammu.

The versatile artist made his acting debut with television show Mulk in 2003, playing the role of Kuldeep. He made his film debut in 2006 with Janani, portraying the character of Rahul Awasthi. This was followed by a series of TV projects, including Ssshhhh... Koi Hai, Tum Bin Jaaon Kahaan, Sanyasi, Maryada, Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai, to name a few.

Vineet earned decent recognition and accolades for his impactful performances. He crafted his own niche by enhancing his project portfolio through artistic prowess. The maverick actor impressed one and all to leave an unperturbed mark on the hearts of audiences.

Over the last 20 years, he has acted in more than 35 popular Indian television series, web shows and movies. He has also anchored reality shows, gaining immense experience and fame, making him a household name and one of the most sought-after individuals in the entertainment industry.

Some of his notable projects in the television industry include Maayka, Adaalat, Do Hanson Ka Joda, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Kaala Teeka, Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Meri Gudiya, Ishq Mein Marjawan, Kasak, Choti Sarrdaarni, Ali Baaba, among others.

In the Hindi film industry, Vineet has worked in numerous projects, especially Janani, Band of Maharajas, The Sholay Girl and the upcoming film 'On Different Grounds'. He has also been part of reality shows like Nach Baliye season 4, Khel Khel Mai, etc.

Besides this, he has won numerous awards and tried his hand at creative directing and writing. He has brought great authenticity to each role he has donned till date and intends to continue in the same vein for years to come.
