Sia Kosioni

Sia Kossioni is a Greek journalist and news presenter, best known as the anchor of the main news bulletin on SKAI TV. She studied Journalism and Mass Media at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki before earning a master's degree in "New Media, Information, and Society" from the London School of Economics. She began her career in Thessaloniki, working in radio, television, and print media, before moving to Athens. One of her early roles was collaborating with journalist Anna Panagiotarea on the ERT program Oudeis anamartitos (2004). She also worked for SportDay newspaper, writing a media column, and contributed to publications such as Active and Athens Voice. In March 2006, she joined SKAI, initially as a reporter and radio host. By September of that year, she took over as the main news anchor. From 2016 to 2017, she co-hosted the current affairs program Istories (2016) alongside Alexis Papahelas, Pavlos Tsimas, and Tasos Telloglou.
