Biography

Wolfram Siebeck was born on September 19, 1928 in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. He was a writer, known for Hallo Nachbarn! (1963), Karussell (1977) and Gero von Boehm begegnet... (2002). He was married to Barbara Siebeck. He died on July 7, 2016 in Mahlberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Was named Chevalier du merite agricole (1991) in France and received Germany's Cross of Merit, First Class (2003).

Germany's most noted food critic, writing legendary columns in the monthly "Feinschmecker" and the weekly "Die Zeit".
