Biography

Zona Marie Tan was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is a writer and producer, known for Sumolah (2007), Kopitiam (1998) and Planet Bizzaro: The World According to Zoomer (2006). She has been married to Lee Sheppard since April 18, 2008.

Since December 2007, she now lives in Sydney, Australia - initially working as a film journalist for industry magazines Inside Film and Content+Technology, then currently as a web producer. In her spare time, Zona is developing a few concepts for film and TV scripts, while assisting her husband in developing his children animation program.
