Max attended grammar school in Corona, Elmhurst and Flushing, Queens, NYC; High School in Madrid, Spain; Queens College, Flushing, Queens, NYC (City University of New York), Majoring in Mathematics, Minoring in Biology; The New School for Social Research (New School University), in Greenwich Village, NYC (BA/MA Economics program); IESE Business School, Madrid (Executive Management Program); and in 2005 completed his Executive MBA at ESADE Business School in Spain, with Global Residencies at Henley School Of Management (UK); McCombs School Of Business - The University of Texas at Austin; and Fudan University - Olin School Of Business, Washington University in St. Louis, in Shanghai, P.R.C.
In 2003, co-founded Zentido Producciones, a Commercial Film Production Company in Madrid, Spain.
In 2004, founded Spanish Intercontinental TV.
In 2006, co-founded Viento Solar Renewable Energy & Infrastructure, in New York City and Madrid, Spain.
In 2006, co-founded Intervision Partners, LLC., a Motion Picture and TV Production Company, in New York City and Madrid, Spain.
He is the proud father of two boys, both born in New York City.
