Emilio Rossal

Overview

  • Born
    October 26, 1982 · Guatemala City, Guatemala
  • Height
    5′ 9″ (1.75 m)

Mini bio

  • Bilingual actor, voice talent, writer, comedian, and interactive media connoisseur (i.e. video game nerd) Emilio Rossal was born in Guatemala but raised on the mean streets of the San Fernando Valley, California, which translates to him looking "ethnically ambiguous" and speaking Spanish with a "neutral accent," at least according to every audition he gets called in for.

He has appeared in dozens of national commercials in English and Spanish, as well as several award-winning indie feature films and shorts, including The Mix; Danger, Dames, and Dangerous Games, and El Regalo, which got accepted into the Cannes Film Festival.

He is a graduate of the Upright Citizens Brigade core curriculum, he took the improv world by storm with his indie team Master Sword (under the tutelage of improv guru Miles Stroth), and he won third place in Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank, for which he was awarded a basket of assorted French fries (100% true).

Most recently you can hear his voice as Mags in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Ray Santos in State of Decay 2, and as multitude of New York denizens in Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
