Biography

Kate Kaminski is a Maine-based independent filmmaker and novelist. Favorite genres are dark comedy, thriller and horror, though she has also produced and directed short nonfiction films, including Lighthouse: Against The Grain and Eiayay's Reel Life. In partnership with Betsy Carson as Gitgo Productions, the duo has produced dozens of short films, two comedy web series ("Willard Beach" and "Tracking the Comegato") plus four independent features (I'm Living A Charmed Life, The Barghest, Trip and The Crew) distributed by Gemini Entertainment.
