Biography

Vladimir Kristovskiy was born on December 19, 1975 in Gorkiy, Gorkovskaya oblast, RSFSR, USSR [now Nizhniy Novgorod, Nizhegorodskaya oblast, Russia]. He is an actor and composer, known for Night Watch (2004), Papiny dochki (2007) and Space Dogs (2010). He is married to Olga Pilevskaya. They have one child. He was previously married to Valeriya ?.

He is the younger brother of Russian musician Sergey Kristovskiy. There are 4 years and 4-1/2 months between them.

He is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the Russian pop-group Uma2rman, which he founded in 2003 with his older brother Sergey Kristovskiy. He and Sergey are the group's principal songwriters.
