David has just been nominated for Best Supporting Actor, for his role as Reb Saunders, (the Hassidic Rabbi) in the play version, of the famous Jewish novel "The Chosen". He went to three different shuls, (small temple schools) and was coached by the Rabbi. He considers this his best acting experience to date.

David Light has just won the 2015 "Best Supporting Actor" Award for his portrayal of Reb Saunders, the Hassidic Rabbi, in the live play "The Chosen". He is also a well respected voice over artist and narrator. He is the national voice of the radio and television commercials for Hollywood Suits. David is the series regular voice, of the translator, for the Dish Network Docu-series " The Fighting Season". And the star of the Netflix animated series "Chicken Town".
