Irina Strukova

Irina Strukova was born in Kazakhstan.Over the past 23 years she has built a formidable career in makeup and special makeup effects design and working in productions all over the world.
She graduated the Academy of Architecture and Design in her native city of Almaty and started by designing and curating large-scale art, fashion and entertainment events. Developing strong creative vision she began to focus on film and TV drama makeup and soon became the head of the makeup department in one of the best-known film and TV companies in her country.
Irina is the recipient of various international awards in Art and Makeup, including the Grand Pix in the World International Makeup championship in Dusseldorf.
Irina based in Los Angeles.
Her credits include such projects as
Crazy Rich Asians (2018), Marco Polo (Netflix 2014-2016), Britannia (2017), Book of Legends : Mysterious Forest (2012), Zhat (2015)
and most recently, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Amazon Studios 2022)
