  • Reshu Nath is an Indian screenwriter and filmmaker known for her work across film and streaming in the Hindi entertainment industry, best known as the writer (story, screenplay and dialogue) of the 2025 feature film Haq.

    A graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, with an MA in Filmmaking from the Mass Communication Research Centre (MCRC), Jamia Millia Islamia, Reshu began her career as an assistant director on the National Award-winning film Dance Like a Man. She later moved into writing and directing, working across fiction and non-fiction formats.

    Reshu has written several high-visibility streaming series, including Bose: Dead/Alive, Broken But Beautiful, Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat, and Illegal - Justice, Out of Order. Her work also includes the short film "Glitch" directed by Raj & DK from the Amazon Prime Video anthology "Unpaused".

    She has written and directed documentary series "Indique: Big Ideas from Emerging India" which aired on PBS and premiered at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

    She also wrote and directed the TV movie "Stupid Cupid" (MTV Films), a sci-fi short on water conservation called "Second Chance", and re-imagined folklore as eco-horror in the AI-Generated experimental short film, "When She Married a Peepal Tree".

    She has also produced the award-winning Sci-Fi Short Film, "Entanglement".
