Biography

Kevin Sheedy was born on December 24, 1947 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He is an actor, known for The Club (1980), Round 16 2001 - The Comeback (2002) and Saturday Afternoon AFL (1957).

Coached the Essendon Football Club for 635 games from 1981 to 2007, the second-most games for any coach behind Jock McHale.

Coached the Essendon Football Club to four Victorian Football League/Australian Football League premierships in 1984, 1985, 1993 and 2000.

Played in the Richmond teams that won the Victorian Football League Grand Finals in 1969, 1973 and 1974.
