Molly Conners has been a producer or executive producer on more than 46 films over the past 15 years, including the Oscar-winning 2014 film "Birdman." She is the owner of Phiphen Pictures, an independently owned film and television production company. The company creates projects across all genres and budget levels for global audiences and has produced more than 30 film and television projects, including Netflix’s "Like Father" (Kristen Bell and Seth Rogen), Saban’s "Butcher’s Crossing" (Nicolas Cage), Greenwich’s "Coup!" (Peter Sarsgaard), "The God Committee," and Netflix’s Emmy-nominated "It’s Bruno."
In 2026, Molly launched Phiphen International with additional financing from Mondevo Group. Upcoming projects include "The Stalemate" (Ben Foster, Manny Jacinto, and Fiona Shaw), "Somedays" (Billy Bob Thornton, Pamela Anderson, and Ariana Greenblatt), "What the F*ck Is My Password?!" (written by Steve Pink), and "Midge" (written by Terence Winter and Vince Piazza, in partnership with Appian Way), among others.
