Ingmar Herrera is a Panamanian production sound mixer and location sound recordist with more than 25 years of experience in feature films, television, reality TV, documentaries and natural history productions.
Based in Panama and available for international assignments, he has traveled extensively for productions worldwide, working with international crews across feature films, television series, reality TV, documentaries, natural history and technically demanding remote-location projects.
His work extends beyond production sound into field recording, sound art, music and research focused on listening, sound heritage and acoustic memory. He is president of the Asociación Panameña de Sonido Cinematográfico (APSC) and founder and president of Fundación del Sonido.
