In 2025, Meadows stars as the lead villain "Grandma" in the Lionsgate/Grindhouse release The Salem Chronicles, scheduled for the 2025 Halloween season. She also appears as a Tree Witch in the Lionsgate feature Devilreaux, sharing the screen with legendary horror icon Tony Todd. Upcoming projects include Blood Before Bitcoin, in which she plays the leader of a retired gang, and Cowboy and Indian, where she portrays Debbi, an every woman romantic lead navigating a complex personal journey.
Meadows’ love of horror began in childhood, fostered by her mother’s encouragement of film and creativity. Early in her career, she worked as a scare actor at the premiere haunted house attraction for Gyro’s and Rob Zombie in San Jose, portraying "Mama Firefly" in the House of 1,000 Corpses exhibit.
