Carol had dreams of being a pastry chef with a TV show and was accepted into the four-year pastry arts program at the Culinary Institute of America. But it was very expensive and her parents thought she would not make any money because they heard their friend's cousin's daughter's neighbor couldn't find a job after graduating. So she turned to her backup plan and became an actor/filmmaker to show them truly just how little money she could make. Carol is a founding and active member of the NYC all-Asian sketch comedy team Model Majority - which has been featured on Good Morning America, NY News 1, CBS News, and more. Outside of sketch comedy, Carol can be seen as Luanne in Banana Zakary (Point Lookout Film Festival Best Concept, Grove Film Festival Best Film), co-starring as Karen Chang on the web-series Bougie Betty, as Penny on another web-series, Math Warriors, or looking shocked in the background of random TV shows. She at times freelances as a video editor, director, and producer. Carol also still likes (eating) pastries, works as a professional stand-in for people much more famous than her, and wants to pet all the puppies and kittens.
