Biography

Sarah Neufeld was born on August 27, 1979 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She is a composer and actress, known for Walk All Over Me (2007), Here One Minute (2015) and Lavender (2016).

[on her eclectic approach to musical styles] I've always had a lot more contemporary classical influences. I love Gypsy fiddle, and I love all the fiddle styles from around the world, but I've never had a home in any of them. I just get inspired by the rawness and the rhythms and all that, but my melodic sensibilities are rooted in pop music.
