Matt Young(V)

Matt Young is a LGBTQIA+ US born Australian actor living in regional Queensland. Originally from Gardner, Massachusetts, he began his career touring in musicals including A Chorus Line and On the Town before joining the original Australian cast of The Producers. His first lead role in Australian television was as James Cook in Captain Cook: Obsession and Discovery, a tri-production between Australia, New Zealand and Canada. He lived in Fiji from 2014 to 2019 and started Tukuna Acting Club. His family's foster to adoption story was documented in Gayby Baby.
