Biography

After graduating from high school, he moved to the U.S. to study film for 8 years in Hollywood, the home of film. He made his commercial feature debut in 2016 with the film "The Ancient Capital," which was selected as a special selection film by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In 2018, he won the 97th The Television Drama Academy Award for Best Director for TV Asahi's "Ossan's Love". His short film "Soon-To-Be a Zombie", released in 2022, was selected for the Palm Springs International Short Film Festival, the largest short film festival in North America.
