Biography

Vanja James is a singer, actress, songwriter, and stage performer. Vanja received her BA degree in Theatre with an emphasis in vocal performance. She has gone on to pursue acting in a number of small plays and independent films and writing/performing as a musician in a variety of genres. Most known as a left handed guitarist and front-woman for her band Little Dove, Vanja's music has appeared on TV shows such as Bravo's "Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce" and HBO's Shameless. When not pursuing acting or live music performance, Vanja writes songs for other artists and composes music for TV and film.
