  • Lars Gustav Danielsson, born Jan 12, 1975, in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, is a director and cinematographer. He studied Architecture at Chalmers and Film directing at IHTV in Gothenburg. His work as cinematographer includes Roy Andersson's most recent, award winning feature film "Du levande / You, the living" (2007). Gustav Danielsson's short documentary "Porträtt av en motvillig herre/ Portrait of a Reluctant Gentleman" (2008) received a lot of attention for it's experimental and visual style. "Tvillingen/ The Twin" (2011) was his short feature film debut. It premiered internationally at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea, where it won the Busan Cinephile Award. "Djur jag dödade förra sommaren/ Animals I Killed Last Summer" was shoot in July 2012 and premiered at the Stockholm International Filmfestivals international competition. It's international premier was at the Berlinale, February 2013. Gustav Danielsson acted as director of cinematography for "The Gamechangers" and "Kill your Friends" two Brittish feature productions released in 2015.
