- Has a sandwich named after him at the Chicago, Illinois hot-dog shop "Flub-A-Dub Chub's". The sandwich is called "The Locastro", and is a large burger with pepper jack cheese and a 1/4lb "Chubby" hot dog on a pretzel dough bun. Joe usually orders them with a fried egg on top as well.
- Drew the storyboards for "Subject", and all other TMU Pictures productions from 2006-Current.
- Had never fired a gun before working with blanks on the set of "Way of Honor" (2007).
- Joe used to work for Midway Games, and was a production intern on the game "NBA Ballers: Chosen One".
- In the TMU Pictures film "Subject", Joe is the sole enemy soldier at the end of the film. He performed in front of a green-screen, and was digitally added to the rooftops of the buildings, to give the appearance of an army.
- Huntsville, Alabama at the US Space and Rocket Center as a counselor at Space Camp. He will return to Chicago at the end of the summer to resume working with TMU Pictures full time. (April 2008)
