Adopted by Vic and Dodie Locastro in 1987, Joe was a very outgoing
child. He studied acting all through high-school and began college
majoring in Film Directing, at Columbia College Chicago. He trained in
film stunts during his off-time from school, and did some work with
Michael B. Chait, owner of TMU Pictures. From there he went on to be a
TMU staple, working hard and taking the hits in a number of TMU films.
Since working with TMU, Joe has been a voice actor on the Pokemon TV series and two video games, a motion capture actor, published two games, and is working on his first major writing project. He married his wife Erika in 2018 and they have a son, Cody.
